Well, we’ve been told that we are different to other local or large pet supplies companies and we thought it may help you to know why that is.
And so below we’ve listed the top four reasons that our customers use us and come back to us again and again…
Reason One:
We have more than 50 years worth of experience in the pet supplies industry between our team members. I know that’s hard to believe by looking at the photo that’s on the left-hand side – we all look so young!
But seriously, we do have many years of experience in pet supplies and pet products, and our customers do find it reassuring that we have a wealth of knowledge and that we do know what we’re talking about.

We offer a very personal and friendly service as both you and your pets are very important to us – and we’ll even carry those heavy bags of food to your car for you!

We have more than 20,000 products available to you, including most of the leading brands that you’ll be familiar with. We also have other stock that is available to order, so if we do not have it in store we’ll order it for you.
Reason Four:
Not sure which food is right for your pet? Is dry food more suitable than wet food? We offer free nutritional advice to anyone who wants or needs it, drawing on our more than 50 years of experience in the pet supplies industry.
